Low carbon retrofit

Sustainable Development/Housing Low Carbon Retrofit
Broadland Housing Group are currently developing models for low carbon retrofit of social housing, to deliver up to 80% reduction of carbon emissions from each home included within the project.
We are currently looking to engage with and enter into contract arrangements with a number of contractors and material suppliers who meet our required PQQ’s, to allow ourselves to achieve our goals.
Although the deadline for PPQs returns has passed we would still welcome contact from interested suppliers/installers.
A bit more information; The project is being funded via the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and is the first of its kind within the Eastern Region. The project will be used to identify best solutions for low carbon retrofit, and the varied scenarios within it’s realm will allow this. The project will be used to disseminate greater knowledge with a view to enhancing the supply chain development and the knowledge within this field throughout the process, all with a view to improving the opportunities and options available for all to reach future targets of carbon reduction within social housing stock.
