How We Are Governed
We are registered with the Housing Corporation under the Housing Association Act 1985 and under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965. We follow the National Housing Federation's Code of Governance.
The overall policy and direction of the Association is set by the Board who meet once a month. All the Board members are volunteers, drawn from a wide range of backgrounds, who share a commitment to social housing and contribute a wide range of knowledge and experience.
